We repair all makes and models of refrigeration equipment and our team has seen a wide variety of different systems and configurations – so we can step onto your site confidently – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
In addition to being on call 24 hours a day, in an emergency situation we work to assess if an emergency call out repair can be made to operate with further repairs as a later time that will be more cost effective for you.
We have also worked to embrace technology in a variety of ways at Spire Refrigeration:
- We use a Field Service software that allows all of our employees to access the job history for each customer. This software allows us to send a summary of the work done, pictures, and short videos if needed to our customers before or soon after we leave the site, so you have a record of exactly what was done on your equipment.
- Additionally, we can label each piece of equipment that a customer may have. If you are experiencing an issue, you can contact us with that identifying number and before we arrive on site we may be able to help you understand the issue, or pick up parts on route to make the repairs quicker and less costly.
- We have also set up many clients with alarms or monitoring that also contact us incase of a malfunction or break down. This adds an additional layer of peace of mind for your equipment and product.
- We have other tools like a Thermal Imaging camera that can help us see hard to diagnose issues or potential future problems.
