At Spire Refrigeration we understand the importance of education to keep our Refrigeration Technicians at the top of their game. The equipment that you as a customer own is extremely important and expensive. You want to know that those working on your equipment are trained to work methodically and knowledgeably when we step onto your site, but also safely. It is because of this that we take the following seriously:
We invest in our technicians to be property educated for equipment they will see in the field. This includes sending our Technicians to training events to help them keep up to date on new developments in the industry, and for training on a wide variety of equipment they will see in the field.
We work to be up-to-date and educated on new technology that can help us assess your equipment and help with preventative maintenance. Our goal is to help maximize our productivity on your site and to keep your equipment running efficiently and reliably.
In Addition to the education, we also strive to make sure our entire team is trained to work safely on your site. Our Refrigeration Technicians will fill out a Hazard Assessment form prior to initiating work on your site. This helps ensure that they are aware of any site specific customer procedures – such as signing in before commencing work. Additionally, our end of project checklists make sure that any issues are communicated within our company so that we can continue to address safety. Additionally, we promote working knowledgeably, efficiently and safely through training, certifications, or licensing in the following areas:
